Lori Gumpher
CEO
As Co-Owner and CEO, Lori brings more than 25 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. Lori has helped shape Gumpher’s growth through a focus on strong relationships, quality workmanship, and a team-first approach.
Zach Gumpher
VP of Estimating
Having worked his way up from the field into leadership, Zach now leads Gumpher’s estimating and preconstruction operations. His experience has helped support some of the company’s largest projects while driving continued growth and innovation.
Jeffery Rucker
VP of Special Projects
More than 40 years in the electrical industry have given Jeff experience across commercial, industrial, utility, and service markets. His practical leadership style and problem-solving approach help clients navigate complex projects with confidence.
Patrick Penvose
VP of Projects
Patrick brings more than 25 years of electrical construction experience to his role as Vice President of Projects. He helps guide project execution, operational strategy, and the company’s continued investment in prefabrication and innovative delivery methods.
Krista Gumpher
Controller
Having spent 15 years helping build the company, Krista now serves as Controller, overseeing financial operations and supporting continued growth. She especially values the family-oriented culture that has been a part of the business since day one.

Procurement Manager
With 20 years of experience in logistics, procurement, and operations, Keith helps keep projects moving by ensuring teams have the materials, resources, and support they need. He values the strong collaboration and relationships found throughout the company.
Shawn Nath
VDC Manager
After nearly 15 years with Gumpher, including 13 years in the field, Shawn now leads the company’s preconstruction, virtual design and construction (VDC), and prefabrication efforts. His hands-on background helps identify practical solutions that improve coordination, efficiency, and project delivery.

Liz serves as Director of Safety, leading Gumpher’s safety programs, compliance initiatives, and risk management efforts. Backed by a Master of Public Health in Environmental and Occupational Health, she is passionate about building a culture where safety remains a core value across every project.
